How Intervia works
- Add your resume. Upload the PDF or DOCX you'll be interviewing with. Intervia extracts the plain text for context.
- Add the job description. Paste the JD (or a summary of it) so answers can lean into the exact role.
- Prepare before the interview. Use the text mode to rehearse likely questions and pin the answers you like into your cheat sheet.
- Start Live Interview. When the interview begins, open Intervia's Live Interview view and share the meeting tab audio (or use your microphone).
- Review AI-generated suggestions. Intervia auto-detects a completed question, streams a suggested answer within a couple of seconds, and keeps a running history for the session.

Live Interview is Intervia's real-time flow. The signal path is:

A note on audio capture, so there are no surprises: audio capabilities depend on your browser, operating system, meeting platform, and the permissions you grant. In Chrome or Edge, Intervia can capture the interviewer's voice from a shared meeting tab (Google Meet, Zoom Web, Microsoft Teams Web, Whereby, and similar browser meetings) — this works even when you're wearing headphones, because the audio is drawn directly from the tab. Some desktop meeting apps (for example, the Zoom desktop app or the Microsoft Teams desktop app on Windows or macOS) can't be captured by a browser at all; supporting those reliably needs additional compatibility, and a Windows Companion for that case is on the way. Intervia never joins the interview on your behalf.

Does Intervia work with Zoom?
The Zoom web client (Chrome / Edge) works the same way as Google Meet — share the tab audio. The Zoom desktop app is not currently supported inside the browser; a Windows Companion for that case is arriving.
Does Intervia automatically join my interview?
No. Intervia never joins, dials into, or controls your interview. You start the meeting yourself in your normal client; Intervia only listens to the audio you explicitly grant.
Does Intervia write my answers for me?

Can I use my resume with Intervia?
